We are pleased to offer complimentary, expedited shipping on all orders to ensure you receive your NVIDIA DGX Spark as quickly as possible.

• Shipping Provider: We exclusively use FedEx for all our shipments to ensure reliable and timely delivery.
• Shipping Method: All orders are sent via FedEx Expedited Shipping.
• Delivery Time: Typical delivery time is between 3 to 5 business days from the date of shipment.
• Cost: Shipping is completely free for all orders.
• Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress.

Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. As the NVIDIA DGX Spark is offered through an exclusive Early Adopter Program, our return policy has specific conditions.

• Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@nvidiadgxspark.store within 14 days of receiving your unit. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
• Condition: The DGX Spark unit must be returned in its original, unopened packaging. Any attempt to tamper with or change the components will void the warranty and the possibility of a return.
• Early Adopter Agreement: Please note that per the Early Adopter Program Agreement, the unit is intended for internal use and development, not for resale.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
